An agentic AI project, built for the 2026 Undiagnosed Hackathon. AI agents wrote this tool and the criteria encodings it reads. Every result carries the curation status of the encoding it came from.

Enter an HPO profile. You get a report card for each encoded criteria set. It shows which criteria are met, which are not met, which nobody has assessed, and whether the combinatorial rule fires. It reports evidence. It does not diagnose.
